Job Title: Assembler
Location: Rainsville, AL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $15 per hour on W2

Responsibilities:

To assemble product at the final stage while maintaining quality standards.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures to include proper use of required PPE.
Assemble product using various tools and methods.
Use grinding and other pneumatic tools according to safety standards.
Utilize hoists and other lift assist equipment to safely move product.
Clean/touch-up paint units as needed.
Label units to meet quality specifications.
Deconstruct return product in a safe manner.
Operate a forklift safely.
Participate in physical inventory activities.
Utilize lift assistance to handle products weighing more than 50 pounds.
Meet established efficiency and productivity standards.
Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards.
Additional or updated duties as business demands change.

Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, shop aids, instructions, and examples.
Ability to complete requirement for Forklift Certification.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
