Now hiring: Assembler

Location: Rainsville, AL

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Day Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM

It's time to get on the line. We're hiring Assemblers to keep the machines humming and the orders rolling out. If you've got the grit to handle a fast-moving production floor, we've got steady work and solid pay waiting.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to perform soldering and detailed hand assembly (experience a plus)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Perform repetitive hand motions
• Lift 10 lbs frequently / up to 50 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
• Work in tight spaces, bend, stoop, and reach as needed
• Previous experience in manufacturing or light industrial roles preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties:

• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Perform wire preparation and assembly tasks, including bending, shaping, cutting, and soldering wires and lugs.
• Attach wires using lugs and crimps, sanding wires, and applying sleeving
• Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools
• Pull lead wires and complete finishing steps per specifications
• Use lift assist equipment when handling materials over 50 pounds
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity standards
• Support physical inventory activities
• Adhere to 6S and Lean Manufacturing practices
• Perform additional duties as needed in a fast-paced production environment
