Assembler - Rex Engineering

Location: Titusville, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site | 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Titusville, Florida.

In this role, you will assemble sub-fractional gearmotors using hand and power tools. You will follow work instructions, check parts for quality, and make sure finished products meet our standards.

This is a hands-on job in a manufacturing setting. You will need to work at a steady pace, follow safety rules, and work well with others.

Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You Will Do

• Assemble gearmotors at a work station or on a production line.

• Use hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers and drills.

• Follow written and verbal work instructions.

• Check parts and components for defects or damage.

• Inspect your work to make sure it meets quality standards.

• Report defective parts or other problems to your supervisor.

• Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.

• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.

• Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor, manager, or Human Resources.

• Help your team meet department and company goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on job in a manufacturing facility.

Employees must follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.
