The Production Assembler role offers an opportunity to build or grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Responsible for assembling pumps, following work instructions, and performing inspections to ensure quality and proper function.
- Work on the production line, monitor metrics, and communicate defects clearly for continuous improvement.
- Ensure material availability, maintain workplace organization (6S), and adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage.
- Assist in training new employees and perform multiple tasks to meet production goals.
Requirements include at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, attention to detail, understanding of electronic assembly, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
