Job Summary:
The Assembler I is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic mechanical assembly tasks according to established work instructions, drawings, and safety standards. This position focuses on learning manufacturing processes, building foundational skills, and producing quality work under close supervision.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts and components following work instructions and drawings
  • Use hand and basic power tools safely and effectively
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
  • Inspect completed work for defects and report quality issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Record basic production data as required
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
