Job Description

We are seeking an Assembler 1 to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line operations, machinery setup, and quality monitoring and a proven ability to maintain production accuracy and meet throughput targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment.
  • Operate equipment to install parts, components, or sub-assemblies on in-process products.
  • Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor output quality to identify, reject, or rework nonconforming products.
  • Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
  • Cross-train and support multiple production lines as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency operating and troubleshooting assembly line machinery and hand tools.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, read production documentation, and record data accurately.
  • Attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety practices.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred; entry-level candidates considered.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
  • Experience with basic quality checks using gauges or measuring tools.
