Assembler

Position Summary:

Responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Ensures finished products meet company requirements while maintaining productivity and safety in a manufacturing environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, or manufactured components using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and written work instructions.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects and quality compliance.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery as assigned.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Maintain inventory of parts and notify supervisors of material shortages.
• Package finished products for shipping or movement to the next production stage.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting assembly issues and process improvements.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and quality control requirements.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing or production facility.
• Climate-controlled environment may be available depending on facility.
• Requires standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented setting focused on quality and productivity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
