Searcy, AR

Pay Rate: $14.30 per hour

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am.

Perform assembly-type functions using hand or power tools and operate equipment as needed to perform job duties. Perform routine visual inspections and document findings in accordance with quality control protocols. Maintain accurate production records and report discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

• Assemble and connect parts on the production line
• Run basic tools and machines (training provided)
• Inspect products to keep quality tight
• Pack, stack, and label finished goods
• Stick to safety rules and keep your station clean
