Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, test, and repair precision mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, microscopes, precision measuring instruments, electrical schematics, and multimeters while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Align, fit, and assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
  • Inspect components for surface defects and verify dimensions and clearances using precision measuring instruments.
  • Analyze, document, and maintain testing records and inspection results.
  • Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, perform electrical connections, and test continuity using multimeters.
  • Work efficiently in confined spaces while following quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, microscopes, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and perform electrical testing using multimeters.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and quality inspection skills.
  • Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces with excellent attention to detail.
