We are seeking a dependable Sheet Metal Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on production role, you’ll assemble metal components and finished products using hand and power tools while working from blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
This position involves building a variety of industrial and commercial sheet metal products, including roof hatches, access doors, floor doors, equipment enclosures, and specialty assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble sheet metal components and finished products according to blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools including drills, impact drivers, rivet guns, grinders, measuring tools, and other assembly equipment
- Measure, align, fit, and secure components to ensure proper assembly and functionality
- Install hardware such as hinges, latches, fasteners, seals, and related components
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and production standards are met
- Identify defects, alignment issues, or missing components and communicate concerns as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment
- Sheet metal manufacturing experience is a plus
Pay & Incentives
Starting Pay: $17.64/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $900
Schedule: Full-Time
