    Are you looking to work in a technical environment? If so, IPG Photonics is where you want to be! Our Technical Assemblers preform various duties such as building electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for lasers along the side of team members that influence the future of laser technology.

    Duties:

    • Assemble fiber-optical and mechanical subassemblies following engineering drawings and work instructions.
    • Perform optical fiber preparation, fiber splicing, and related assembly tasks.
    • Conduct incoming inspection of components and materials to ensure compliance with product specifications.
    • Perform basic functional testing and inspection of completed assemblies.
    • Document assembly, inspection, and test results in accordance with company procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and quality requirements.
    • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production and continuous process improvements.
    • Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed are essential functions of this position.
