This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, reading blueprints, and being part of a quality-driven team.
What You’ll Do:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written instructions
Perform product and final assembly operations
Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
Support equipment maintenance and process improvements
Follow safety and housekeeping guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to perform basic math (fractions, percentages, ratios)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Steel-toed shoes required
Must pass background check
Must pass drug screen (THC Friendly)
