This full-time position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy detailed work, following instructions, and building quality products in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 3:45 PM-2:15 AM

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and sample assemblies
- Position and align parts using hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and holding devices
- Perform assembly operations such as crimping, staking, screwing, bolting, riveting, soldering, cementing, and press fitting
- Install finished assemblies and subassemblies into cases and cabinets
- Attach hardware including caps, clamps, knobs, and switches
- Perform production tasks such as sanding, cleaning, bonding, curing, stamping, etching, encapsulating, and color-coding components
- Adjust and trim materials to meet electrical and dimensional specifications
- Conduct go/no-go testing and inspections to verify product quality
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Identify and report workplace hazards
- Work with quality and safety teams to maintain compliance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to reach overhead as needed
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds
