Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.00/hr (W2)
Shift: 1st shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Job Purpose
Ensure assembly and testing tasks are completed within required timelines while meeting performance, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, test, and paint surface components according to standard specifications
- Complete required documentation including test reports, failure reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Move materials, components, and subassemblies using material handling equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace requirements
Work Scope- Entry-level role
- Operates simple assembly and testing tasks under close supervision
Requirements- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic mechanical skills
- Entry-level / up to 3 months of training or experience
