The Assembler position will support department goals regarding quality and quantity of production in a safe and respectful manner. Specific tasks may vary at different workstation assignments and as different product models are manufactured.

Responsibilities: • Assemble parts per work instruction into high quality product utilizing tools and fixtures • Utilize test equipment to ensure product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards • Visually inspect parts and product for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc. • Utilize workstation computer to read schedule, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc. • Adhere to safety standards • Uphold quality expectations • Train employees on procedures and techniques • Assist in defining work instructions • Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks • Other duties as assigned

Shift Schedule: 2nd shift hours are normally Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 9:30pm 3rd shift hours are normally Sunday - Thursday, 9:30pm - 5:30am Employees must be available to also work 3rd shift due to unexpected shift assignment changes.

Requirements: This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
