About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to assembling components, testing products, and troubleshooting issues to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components of all product lines using correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products and troubleshoot any issues.
- Read blueprints and identify components accurately.
- Create labor records for all transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement using the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System.
Requirements
- Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards.
- Ability to read design drawings.
- Electronic component identification.
- Understanding of quality standards.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficiency in computer skills and SAP.
- IPC-610 certification required.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience with identifying solder defects.
- Ability to use a microscope for long periods of time.
