Job Summary
Seeking an Assembler with 2 3 years of electronics assembly experience to assemble, solder, test, and troubleshoot printed circuit board assemblies (PCB/PWA). Candidates must be able to read design drawings/blueprints, identify electronic components, perform IPC-610 compliant soldering, inspect for solder defects, and work with a microscope for extended periods. Basic computer skills and SAP knowledge are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and test printed circuit board (PCB/PWA) products.
Perform soldering and identify solder defects per IPC standards.
Read design drawings/blueprints and identify electronic components.
Use hand tools, microscopes, and testing equipment.
Troubleshoot assembly issues and maintain quality standards.
Enter labor transactions and support continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
2 3 years of assembly or electronics manufacturing experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
IPC-A-610 certification required.
Experience with PCB/circuit board assembly and soldering.
Ability to read drawings and identify electronic components.
Basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
Available for 1st shift (Mon Fri, 6:00 AM 2:00 PM) and occasional weekends.
