A-Line Staffing is now hiring for an Assembler. The Assembler would be working for a major company and has career growth potential.

Assembler Compensation
- Pay rate: $18.50
- Shift: F Shift - 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, including weekends.
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Operate press machinery to produce quality parts efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel toe or composite shoes.
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Assist with setup and changeovers as needed.
Assembler QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information:
- Shift: F Shift - 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, including weekends.
- Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site
- Environment: Not climate-controlled; very hot during summer months.
- Other: Drug screening is not required; onsite eye exam; candidates may start while background checks are pending.
Education/Licenses Needed:
- High School diploma or GED required.
