Seeking a leader to oversee daily operations of a Hot Runner assembly team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and deadline management.
• Responsible for reviewing engineering drawings, assembling, wiring, and testing hot runner systems to meet specifications and standards.
• Acts as the technical expert for troubleshooting and ensures high-quality output using precision measurement tools.
• Provides training, enforces safety and quality protocols, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Maintains a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications include 5+ years in manufacturing, experience with Hot Runner systems, blueprint interpretation, electrical wiring knowledge, and leadership skills. Preferred skills include ERP familiarity, Lean/Six Sigma certification, and ISO/QS standards knowledge. Flexibility for shifts and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs are also desired.
