Mechanical Assembler
We are a company that designs and supports industrial automation and control solutions used in manufacturing and process environments. We are looking to add a Mechanical Assembler to our team to support the assembly, testing, and packaging of custom mechanical and fluid handling components.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, mechanical assemblies, and detailed technical work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
• Assemble mechanical products, tubing kits, hoses, and subassemblies from prints and work instructions
• Review shop travelers, BOMs, and technical drawings to gather required parts
• Prep materials (cut tubing/hoses, apply thread sealant, strip wires, label/packaging)
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies using tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and multimeters
• Package finished assemblies and prepare for final QC inspection
• Identify and document scrap or defective parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Bring
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Ability to read mechanical drawings (schematics a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Manufacturing, assembly, or fluid/controls experience preferred
