Assembler Tech II

Element2 Group is partnering with a growing manufacturer that is expanding its production team and is seeking an experienced Panel Builder. This position is responsible for the start-to-finish assembly of heating and cooling units, including electrical wiring, sub-assemblies, and interpreting electrical schematics.
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels and sub-assemblies from start to finish.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical connections.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Perform crimping, wire termination, and induction brazing.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with point-to-point wiring, crimping, and reading electrical schematics.
• Experience performing induction brazing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
