    Job Title

    Assembler Technician (Refurb & Final Assembly) – Contract-to-Hire

    Location

    Renton, WA (On-site)

    Schedule

    Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    Pay

    $25–$27/hour (Contract-to-Hire)
    Upon direct hire: Medical + Dental benefits and up to 20 days PTO/year

    Job Summary

    Were hiring a hands-on Production/Assembler Technician to support refurbishing, rework, and final assembly of commercial equipment. This role focuses on disassembling incoming machines, completing basic software setup, rebuilding components, and performing final assembly (faucets/hoses). Youll perform functional checks to ensure each unit is working properly before it is released.

    This is a long-term opportunity with a stable first-shift schedule and strong benefits upon conversion.

    Responsibilities

    • Refurbish and repair machines returning from the field (rework/repairs)

    • Disassemble equipment and replace/repair components as needed

    • Perform basic software setup/configuration on machines

    • Complete final assembly (faucets, hoses, fittings, etc.)

    • Conduct quality checks and functional testing to confirm equipment operates properly

    • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

    • Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions

    • Work independently for significant portions of the day while maintaining productivity and quality standards

    Qualifications

    • Experience in assembly, production, refurbishment, repair, or rework

    • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

    • Ability to interpret blueprints/diagrams (basic–intermediate)

    • Strong attention to detail and quality

    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    Preferred (Nice to Have)

    • Electro-mechanical assembly experience

    • QA/testing experience (inspection, functional checks)

    • Basic computer skills for software setup/config
