Job Description
The Assembler plays a key role in producing high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a dedicated manufacturing cell. In this role, you perform detailed assembly work and operate a variety of equipment and machinery by following documented procedures. Tasks may include electronic assembly, casting and coating, mechanical assembly, and packaging of medical devices and related components. You work in a controlled cleanroom environment, using microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering equipment, and adhesive bonding techniques as required. You complete routine assignments according to standardized procedures under close and continual review, perform visual inspections and precision measurements, conduct tests using computerized test equipment, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure full traceability and quality compliance.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility with a controlled cleanroom environment focused on cardiovascular medical device production. You work with microscopes, computerized test equipment, and a variety of hand tools and machinery, following strict safety and cleanliness protocols. The atmosphere is professional and businesslike, and visitors are welcomed regularly, so maintaining a polished image is important. Dress code requirements include professionally appropriate clothing; jeans are acceptable if they have no rips, holes, or stains and comply with global gowning procedures. Clothing with suggestive or derogatory language, exposed or revealing garments, dirty or stained clothing, pajama pants, bedroom shoes, or house slippers are not permissible. In the cleanroom, you follow specific gowning standards, which include no makeup, no false eyelashes or eyelash extensions, and no jewelry, to maintain product integrity and meet stringent cleanliness and safety requirements.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
