  • Document test results and maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly techniques and product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on assembly and testing procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in assembly and testing of electronic components or similar products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and testing equipment.
