$17/hr increase to $18/hr after 90 days

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team in a vibrant manufacturing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team working on the assembly of HVAC units for commercial buses. This role involves collaboration with 4-5 team members per line or cell, utilizing both hand and power tools to complete specific sections of the unit. Once your section is complete, it moves down the line to the next team. Attention to detail is crucial as you will work with a variety of part sizes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of 4-5 members to assemble HVAC units.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail while working with small, medium, and large parts.
• Coordinate with the lead and supervisor to maintain workflow efficiency.

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art, clean, and organized facility with bright lighting and temperature control. Our production floor is spacious and well-maintained. The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with potential extensions till 5 p.m. and voluntary Saturday overtime starting at 7 a.m., ending by 2:30 p.m. at the latest. This is a Permanent position based out of Thomasville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $40000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
