Description
Johnson Service Group is looking for an Electronics Assembly Technician with experience in PCB assembly, SMT and Thru-Hole rework, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting. This role will support production by assembling, inspecting, repairing, and testing electronic assemblies to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Perform PCB assembly, rework, and touch-up of SMT and Thru-Hole boards.
- Set up and operate electronic manufacturing equipment, including SMT, soldering, inspection, and test equipment.
- Perform lead and lead-free soldering, component handling, and mechanical assembly.
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect disposition, and repairs.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience with SMT/Thru-Hole soldering and rework.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
- Proficient with hand tools and electronic assembly processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
