Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00AM-1:30PM
Hire Up Staffing is looking for a motivated Assembler to join a growing team in Tracy, CA. This position is ideal for candidates with assembly, wiring, electrical, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working with schematics, blueprints, and detailed production processes.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to project specifications
Assemble and populate panel boards with components based on schematic layouts
Wire panel boards according to wiring diagrams
Print and apply project labels following labeling requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and wiring issues
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials align with work orders
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
