Hire Up Staffing is seeking an Assembler in Tracy, CA!
 

Pay: $19.00 + DOE 
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00AM-1:30PM

Hire Up Staffing is looking for a motivated Assembler to join a growing team in Tracy, CA. This position is ideal for candidates with assembly, wiring, electrical, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working with schematics, blueprints, and detailed production processes.
 

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to project specifications
• Assemble and populate panel boards with components based on schematic layouts
• Wire panel boards according to wiring diagrams
• Print and apply project labels following labeling requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and wiring issues
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials align with work orders
 

Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
