Assembly Operator

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Assembly Operators to join a growing manufacturing company in the Twinsburg area that specializes in building and manufacturing filters.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, Monday–Friday work with a set first-shift schedule!

⭐ What You'll Do:

• Assemble filter products and components
• Use basic hand tools and equipment
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
