Schedule: Weekend Shift | 6:00am -6:30pm | Friday- Sunday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a thermal systems and solutions manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble and package products with precision and care
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following lean manufacturing principles
- Follow written instructions and production documentation accurately
- Collaborate with team members to keep production running efficiently
- Rotate between workstations to build skills and support production needs
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
