What You'll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble agricultural and conveyor components according to work orders and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions
- Install bearings and mechanical components during assembly processes
- Perform sanding, grinding, and buffing to meet quality standards
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Move and position materials using overhead cranes
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders
- Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to operate or learn to operate overhead cranes safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
