  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and guidelines to assemble components
  • Install, align, and secure parts using tools and equipment
  • Perform basic assembly tasks such as soldering, wiring, and mounting components
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate any issues to supervisors or team members



Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable handling small components and using tools



Work Environment & Physical Requirements:


  • Repetitive work on a production line
  • May require sitting for long periods and handling small parts
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (occasionally more depending on role)
  • Use of microscopes or small tools may be required
