Overview
We are seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. This group is in a high-growth phase with plans to double headcount and offers strong long-term career opportunities for dependable, hands-on individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform small, mid, and large assembly tasks according to work instructions and quality standards.

Small Assembly: complete tasks in cycles of approximately 5 minutes.

Mid Assembly: complete tasks that can take up to 45 minutes.

Large Assembly: complete complex assembly tasks that may exceed one hour.

Use hand and power tools to assemble components safely and accurately.
Follow 5S and basic lean principles to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area (training provided if needed).
Read and follow basic drawings, diagrams, or work instructions (with training and guidance as required).
Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
Safely lift, move, and position materials and components as part of the assembly process.
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Character is the top priority for this role. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, honest, and willing to learn. If a candidate demonstrates strong character and the right attitude, we will strongly advocate for them.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior assembly experience in any environment (manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or similar).

Demonstrated ability to lift 40 70 lbs regularly as part of daily work.
Familiarity with 5S or similar workplace organization practices is a plus.
Early-career candidates with hands-on interests such as:
Building Legos or complex model kits
Airplane or car models
Robotics, electronics, or other mechanical hobbies
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work in a team environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the company.
