What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by:
Collaborating with team members to assemble products according to specifications.
Ensuring quality control by inspecting components and finished goods.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Following safety guidelines and protocols to promote a safe work environment.
Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Preferred Skills
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
