As an Assembler, your responsibilities are:

As an Assembler, you will provide assembly from the individual component level to a high-quality finished product. You’ll conduct final testing on a variety of aircraft instruments and avionics. We have high manufacturing standards. to achieve perfect function, providing the customer with innovative, reliable, quality products. To be successful in this role, you’ll need great aptitude for fine, detailed mechanical work and to really understand the value of accuracy. 

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, or work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience assembling avionics/electronic equipment (such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters).
• Experience using hand tools and electronic test equipment.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: PCB soldering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, equipment, and systems.
• Perform de-soldering, soldering, troubleshooting, and component replacement.
• Conduct final testing of electronic instruments.
• Complete production and manufacturing documentation.
• Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, technical manuals, and work instructions.

Salary Range:  $42K to $45K
