Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Location: Worcester, MA Shift Hours: Mon - Fri : 8am on the first day for orientation then 5:30am-2pm moving forward

Responsibilities:
Assemble and pack various products, including operating equipment in accordance with customer orders.
Maintain necessary records for all operations.
Check completed parts to ensure compliance with company quality standards and make necessary adjustments to meet quality goals.
Assemble low-volume, high-complexity products.
Use hand and power tools to complete builds, including drills, circular saws, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
Operate packaging/wrapping equipment and palletize complete units.
Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
Adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist team in achieving plant and department goals by flexing when needed.
