Assembler
Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Wyoming, IL seeking an Assembler to join their team.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling metal and mechanical components, following specifications, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities - Assemble metal or mechanical components into finished products or subassemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, wrenches, grinders, and other assembly equipment
- Align, fit, and secure parts using bolts, screws, rivets, or welding techniques as required
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
