Assemblers: 2nd Shift (MP#337526)

We are currently hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing company located in Franklin Park, IL.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, basic blueprint knowledge, and strong math skills who are interested in learning electrical panel assembly and wiring.

 Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and bus systems
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Install pre-wired panels into control boxes
• Terminate wiring according to schematics and specifications
• Read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings to determine wiring layouts
• Inspect parts and components for defects and ensure quality
• Use hand tools and other equipment safely and properly
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic wiring issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

 Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Basic knowledge of blueprints and schematic drawings
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
• Ability to use hand tools
• Electrical or panel wiring experience is a plus, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Must be dependable and have good attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
