Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview
Our growing manufacturing client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to support production of their products. This role is responsible for assembling components, following technical instructions, and ensuring finished products meet quality and customer specifications.
This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and contributing to a team-focused production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & ProductionAssemble fixtures and related components following established manufacturing procedures
Interpret work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings to complete builds accurately
Plan and organize daily tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines
Quality ControlInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements
Identify defects or inconsistencies and take corrective action as needed
Work Environment & OrganizationMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and production area
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely
Inventory & MaterialsTrack and maintain inventory of assigned materials and components
Assist with organizing parts and supplies for production runs
Team Collaboration & ImprovementWork both independently and collaboratively with production team members
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency


QualificationsMinimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Electrical or electronic assembly experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good organizational and time-management skills
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and components
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred:Experience working within an ISO or quality management system
Familiarity with production processes and assembly line environments
