Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview
Our growing manufacturing client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to support production of their products. This role is responsible for assembling components, following technical instructions, and ensuring finished products meet quality and customer specifications.
This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and contributing to a team-focused production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production
- Assemble fixtures and related components following established manufacturing procedures
- Interpret work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings to complete builds accurately
- Plan and organize daily tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines
Quality Control
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and take corrective action as needed
Work Environment & Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and production area
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely
Inventory & Materials
- Track and maintain inventory of assigned materials and components
- Assist with organizing parts and supplies for production runs
Team Collaboration & Improvement
- Work both independently and collaboratively with production team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Electrical or electronic assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and components
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience working within an ISO or quality management system
- Familiarity with production processes and assembly line environments
