Assembler – 1st Shift | $17.50–$20.00/hr | Berwick, PA
OneSource Staffing is now hiring Assemblers for a reputable company in the Berwick area! This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with mechanical experience who are ready to build and grow with a great team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $17.50 – $20.00/hr (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
- Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical & electrical components using hand and power tools
- Build trailers, conveyors, and robotic systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Operate equipment including press brakes, fastener machines, cranes, and forklifts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Complete paperwork and prep products for shipment
What You Need
- Mechanical assembly experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers)
- Basic computer skills (3D modeling experience is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
