Job: Assembler - Working at Heights
Location: Houston, TX 77064 area, (near Fairbanks North Houston Rd & Fallbrook Dr.)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Work Hours: 8 hours per day, with a 90-minute lunch break
Pay: $19 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
Job Description
We are currently hiring Assemblers with Working at Heights certification for a manufacturing facility in Houston, TX.
The facility is undergoing a full equipment setup, and Assemblers will assist with assembling and installing equipment using provided hand tools, equipment, and detailed instructions.
This is a hands-on role that requires individuals who are comfortable working at heights and can follow instructions carefully while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties according to provided instructions and procedures
- Use hand tools and other tools provided on site
- Assist with the setup and assembly of equipment throughout the facility
- Work safely at heights as required for the project
- Follow instructions, measurements, and assembly specifications accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Work effectively as part of an assembly and installation team
Requirements
- Working at Heights certification is mandatory for this job
- Previous assembly, equipment installation, construction, manufacturing, or similar hands-on experience is an asset
- Comfortable working at heights inside a facility
- Able to use basic hand tools
- Able to read and follow written instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be committed to the Monday to Friday schedule
- Must be physically comfortable performing hands-on work throughout the workday
- Must be willing to work at heights as required
PPE
Required PPE will be provided on site.
