Lingo Staffing is now hiring Assemblers in the Lake Mary, FL area to start ASAP!


Assembler - Responsible for assembling various components according to documented instructions and customer specifications. This role involves identifying components and hardware, completing assemblies accurately, packaging finished products, maintaining production documentation, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.


Pay & Schedule:
  • $16.00 hourly
  • 1st shift – Monday – Friday - 6:00AM - 2:30PM
  • 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday - 2:30PM - 1:00AM
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Assemble components and products according to work instructions and blueprints
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality, defects, scratches, and conformity to specifications
  • Measure parts accurately to ensure compliance with print specifications
  • Complete production paperwork, quality records, and timekeeping documentation
  • Label and tag completed products properly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 6S standards
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the production area
  • Wear required PPE including safety glasses and safety shoes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong accuracy and teamwork skills
  • Ability to perform basic machine setups with prewritten programs
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Must be able to kneel, crouch, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
