Assemblers- Molding 1st shift

Employ-Temps Staffing Services is currently seeking candidates with manufacturing or production experience for a customer in Austintown, OH. If you enjoy fast-paced work and can stay focused on quality, we want to hear from you.

In this position, you will help put the molding around the windows, then package the finished product in boxes and move it to skids. The work is not heavy, but products can be different sizes and awkward at times. You may also need to lift items over your head while working in a manufacturing environment.

Hours
  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (M-F)

Pay
  • $16.50/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble plastic parts using hand tools, fixtures, or automated equipment
  • Inspect components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or work orders
  • Package finished products for shipping or further processing
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Prior assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Other Requirements
  • Must be able to handle different product sizes, including awkward positioning
  • May need to lift items over your head
