Employ-Temps Staffing Services is hiring manufacturing/production candidates for a customer in Austintown, OH. If you like fast-paced work, pay close attention to details, and can follow instructions, we want to talk with you.

In this role, you will put the molding around windows, then package products in boxes and move them to skids. It is a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work is not heavy, but products are different sizes and can feel awkward. You may also have to lift items over your head.

Hours

• 3rd Shift:11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Sunday start: Starts Sunday and finishes Friday morning

Pay

• $16.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic parts using hand tools, fixtures, or automated equipment
• Inspect components for defects and help ensure quality standards are met
• Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or work orders
• Package finished products for shipping or further processing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Nice to Have Skills

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Prior assembly experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred)

Other Requirements

• Comfortable working with different-sized products and awkward handling
• Ability to lift items over your head when needed
