Responsibilities
Operate coiling machines to wind wiring harnesses according to work instructions
Inspect wiring harnesses for length, tension, accuracy, and overall quality
Assemble and prepare wiring bundles for the next step in production
Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Ability to perform repetitive work
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Safety-focused attitude
$17.00 per hour
