Harness Assembly Coiler / Manufacturing Assembly — Urgently Hiring
Location: Ravenna, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Job Summary
We are urgently hiring Harness Assembly Coilers for a manufacturing facility in Ravenna, OH. This is a temp-to-hire, entry-level manufacturing opportunity with steady hours, competitive pay, and multiple shifts available.

In this role, you will coil, inspect, and prepare wiring harnesses according to production and quality standards. This position is a good fit for candidates with experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, wiring harness assembly, or hands-on work.

Responsibilities

  • Operate coiling machines to wind wiring harnesses according to work instructions

  • Inspect wiring harnesses for length, tension, accuracy, and overall quality

  • Assemble and prepare wiring bundles for the next step in production

  • Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience helpful but not required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Ability to stand for an entire shift

  • Ability to perform repetitive work

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Safety-focused attitude
