• 1st shift - $17.00 per hour /$18.00 per hour (D.O.E.)
• 2nd shift -   $19 .00 per hour
• Location: Bennington, VT
• Shift: 1st Shift 6AM to 2:30PM
• Shift: 2nd 2:30PM to 11:00PM

Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a global manufacturing leader of advanced electronic components. Our client is a Fortune 1,000 company whose innovative products power the world's most in-demand technologies across the automotive, industrial, computing, aerospace, and medical markets.
This role operates on the 1st Shift and 2nd shift within a premier, 100-employee manufacturing facility focused on specialized capacitor production.

Daily Activities Include: 

• Execute Production: Follow detailed process specifications to perform assigned assembly functions.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure manufacturing equipment is in good working condition and cleaned daily.
• Data Logging: Record critical production data accurately on lot traveler documentation.
• Quality Control: Visually inspect parts to ensure strict conformance to technical specifications.

• Comprehension: Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal technical instructions.
• Core Skills: Strong communication skills and solid basic math proficiency.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail during visual inspections.
