About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, you’ll help build quality electronic and mechanical assemblies in a production environment while working with a supportive team. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manuals
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components and printed circuit boards
- Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Align and position components using fixtures or hand tools
- Perform inspections and basic go/no-go testing to ensure quality standards
- Complete intermediate processes such as coating, bonding, and curing assemblies
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Basic computer skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring devices, crimpers)
- Knowledge of ESD handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with ISO9001 standards
- Mechanically inclined; manufacturing experience helpful but not required
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
