Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:30AM – 5:30PM

What You'll Do as a Assembler:- Assemble products and components according to work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation to Chanhassen, MN
