Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll build and assemble commercial units while ensuring quality and efficiency in a team-focused environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble units and components following engineering drawings and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete precise assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety guidelines
- Assist with troubleshooting assembly issues and support continuous improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions preferred
- Willingness to work overtime or adjusted shifts based on production needs
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—entry-level candidates welcome
