Assembly - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Assembly
• Pay Rate Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr
• Location: Rogers, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read tape measure.
• Previous mechanical assembly preferred.
• Previous experience with fabrication tools including but not limited to: Drills, caulking guns, squares, calipers, protractors, tape measures, grinders, etc..
• Basic computer skills needed, ability to learn ERP system.
• Lifting 50lbs and up to 75 lbs. team lift.
• Standing for long durations of time.
• Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
• Steel Toe Boots required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Assembly lead throughout the day regarding what needs to be assembled.
• Mechanical assembly as well as adhesive assembly.
• Riveting, bolting, screwing, gluing components together.
• Assemble per provided blueprints.
• Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.
